Sponsor terms
Version of October 16, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you (the sponsor, and the business you buy for) and me, Shawn Geeman, of Boca Raton, Florida ("I", "me"). Questions go to shoh@gmancreations.com. When you tick the terms box at Stripe checkout and pay, you accept these terms.
1. What you're buying
You are buying advertising space. Nothing else. Specifically:
- Site placement, delivered now. Once your payment clears and I approve your logo, it shows on the 3D car at fastestbillboard.com in the spot you bought, linked to the address you give me. I'll keep it up for at least three years from your purchase.
- Physical placement, delivered when the car is. If Tesla delivers a Roadster to me, your logo goes on its wrap in the position matching your spot, and stays on for 12 months from the day the wrap is applied.
- Video visibility. During those 12 months, your logo is visible in every video I publish that features the car.
Sizes on the physical wrap are proportional to your spot on the site. Founding tiles appear together on the founders grid. I pick the wrap shop and the overall design; your logo is reproduced in your colors.
2. Round one: all or nothing
- Round one closes Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
- If the total raised by then is under $50,000, I refund every round one sponsor 100% of what they paid, through Stripe, within 7 business days. Your site placement stays up anyway, at no charge.
- If round one reaches $50,000, purchases are final except where these terms say otherwise.
3. The car: what I can and can't promise
- Tesla has not announced a price, a final spec sheet, or a delivery date. I don't control any of those. I make no promise about when the car arrives, which trim it is, or how it looks.
- If the final car's shape means your exact spot doesn't exist (for example, a panel is redesigned), I'll give you the closest equivalent placement of the same size or larger.
- If Tesla never delivers a Roadster to me, there is no physical wrap. What you keep is your site placement for the period above. That isn't a refund event once round one has funded.
4. Not an investment, not a donation
This is a purchase of advertising. You get no ownership of the car or any share of it, no equity in anything, no share of revenue or profit, and no right to any return. The car will belong to me. Don't buy a spot expecting to make money from my efforts; buy it because you want the advertising. Payments are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible as charity. Talk to your own accountant about how you book it.
5. Your logo: rules, rights, approval
- Approval. I review every logo before it goes live. I won't run adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco or vape products, drugs, scams or get-rich-quick offers, hate, harassment, or political campaigns, or anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
- If I can't approve it. You can send a replacement. If you don't within 14 days, I refund you in full.
- Takedowns. If a logo or the linked site later breaks these rules, I can take it down. If that's because of something you did, there's no refund. If it's for any other reason, you get a refund pro rata for the unused part of the placement.
- Your promise. You confirm you own the logo and the linked site, or have the right to use them, and that showing them as described doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. You'll cover my reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against me because that promise wasn't true.
- License. You give me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce your logo and name on the site, on the car, and in photos, videos and posts about this project, for as long as the placement runs and in content published during that time. I won't alter your logo beyond resizing and placing it.
6. How I disclose sponsors
Every video or post I publish that features sponsor logos will say plainly that the car carries paid sponsorships, in the format each platform supports and in the video itself. I won't present any sponsor as a personal endorsement I haven't made.
7. Not Tesla
This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. The car on this site is my own 3D rendering, made from public photos, and carries no Tesla logos. "Tesla" and "Roadster" are used only to describe the vehicle I intend to buy. Tesla's marks belong to Tesla.
8. Payments, refunds and disputes
- Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. I never see or store your card details.
- If two people pay for the same spot at once, the later payment is refunded in full or, if that buyer prefers, moved to another open spot.
- If something's wrong, email me first at shoh@gmancreations.com. I answer within 2 business days and fix it or refund where these terms say so. Please don't open a chargeback before you've given me that chance; I'll share these terms, your checkout acceptance and the placement records with your card issuer if you do.
9. Limits
- The site and placements are provided as described here and otherwise "as is". To the extent the law allows, I disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. I don't promise any level of traffic, views, reach, or sales.
- My total liability to you for anything connected with this agreement is capped at the amount you paid me. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits.
- I'm not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside my reasonable control, including Tesla's production and delivery decisions, accidents, damage to the car, natural disasters, outages, or changes in law. If the car is damaged or destroyed, I'll restore the wrap if the car is repaired, and otherwise your site placement continues.
10. The rest
- Changes. I can update these terms for future purchases. The version you accepted at checkout governs your purchase unless you agree to a newer one.
- Assignment. You can't transfer your spot to another business without my written okay, which I won't refuse unreasonably. I can transfer this agreement to a company I control, on the same terms.
- Whole agreement. These terms and the details shown at checkout are the whole agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Law and venue. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
- Privacy. How I handle your details is in the privacy notice.
