What I collect
- When you reserve a spot: the spot, your email, and the brand name you type.
- When you buy: Stripe handles your card. I receive your email, the amount, the spot, and a Stripe session reference. I never see or store card numbers.
- When you send a logo: the image file, your brand name, and the link you give me.
- When you try a logo on the car: nothing. The try-on runs in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
- Technical: my host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and abuse prevention. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To deliver what you bought, contact you about your spot, process refunds, answer disputes, keep records the law requires, and stop abuse. Your brand name, logo and link are public once approved; that's the product.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), my hosting provider (Fly.io), and my email provider, each only to run the service. I don't sell or rent your details, and I don't share them for anyone else's marketing.
How long I keep it
Reservation requests that never turn into a purchase: deleted within 90 days after round one closes. Purchase records: kept for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Logos and links: kept for as long as the placement runs, then removed from the site.
Your choices
Email me to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you. I'll answer within 30 days. I may keep what the law or an open dispute requires.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version and its date go on this page.
